Ingredients (Biscuit)*: Wheat flour, shortening, icing sugar, eggs, chickpea flour, milk, pectin, vanilla powder.

Ingredients (Jam): Fruit**, invert sugar syrup, sugar, cornstarch, citric acid, juniper

* Each cookie is topped with either pistachio pieces, rose petals, chocolate, or coconut.

** Apricot, cherry, strawberry, or mango depending on the cookie.
